Return is dictated by the borrower's monthly payment, which range from 10-13% APY, interest only. Principal is paid at the end of the term via a balloon payment. Terms are typically 2 years, but sometimes have an extension request at the end of the term. Extension fees are split with investors 50/50, increasing overall return.
